1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using the 8mbts platform in any capacity — including browsing games, placing bets, making deposits, or contacting our support team — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 8mbts ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 8mbts platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 8mbts. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the 8mbts platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 8mbts enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method where technically feasible.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

8mbts is designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. 8mbts makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

2.3 Registration Requirements

When registering an account with 8mbts, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Not register more than one account under any circumstances. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Not register on behalf of any other person, and not allow any other person to use your account.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) when requested by 8mbts, which may include submitting a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used.

2.4 Account Verification

8mbts reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the player lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual activity is detected on an account. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of the account.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8mbts username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 8mbts support agents will never ask you for your password, OTP code, or full payment card number. Any communication purporting to be from 8mbts that requests this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8mbts immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. 8mbts will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation. However, 8mbts accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of the player's failure to protect their login credentials.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 8mbts reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 (or the remaining balance if it is lower) to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied. To reactivate an account, simply log in and complete any outstanding verification requirements.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 8mbts account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all KYC and verification requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

8mbts currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on 8mbts is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, 8mbts may apply transaction limits in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the 8mbts account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment network.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 business days. 8mbts does not charge a processing fee for standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• The account must have completed the applicable KYC identity verification.
• The withdrawal amount must be sourced from real-money funds (not uncleared bonus funds).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the account balance must be satisfied or the bonus must be forfeited prior to withdrawal.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit on the account, unless an alternative method has been explicitly approved by 8mbts compliance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other form of promotional credit offered by 8mbts are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of the offer. In addition to those specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a valid 8mbts account and satisfied all applicable KYC requirements.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds unless the relevant game studio's mechanics operate differently.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or, in some cases, a bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x applied to a ৳1,000 bonus means that ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements and qualifying games are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

8mbts employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour considered abusive includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts or identities; placing low-risk, mathematically near-certain bets to satisfy wagering requirements; exploiting software errors or miscalculated odds to profit artificially. If abuse is detected, 8mbts reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Promotion Expiry

All promotions have an expiry date. Bonus funds, free spins, and any associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the expiry dates of any active promotions on their account.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 8mbts system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of every bet placement — including the amount wagered, the selection made, and the applicable odds — before confirming. 8mbts accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the player.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 8mbts in the following circumstances: the relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed; the event outcome cannot be determined within a reasonable timeframe; or the bet was placed on an event that was erroneously listed. Voided bets are returned to the player's real-money balance at the original stake amount.

6.3 Odds and Errors

8mbts endeavours to ensure that all odds are accurately displayed. In the event that odds are published due to a manifest error — including decimal or pricing errors that are clearly out of line with the prevailing market — 8mbts reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds, even after the outcome of the event is known.

6.4 Casino Game Rules

The rules governing individual casino games — including RTP percentages, payline structures, bonus feature mechanics, and bet limits — are defined by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming) and are displayed within each game's help or information section. 8mbts does not modify these rules. In the event of any conflict between information displayed on the 8mbts platform and the game studio's own published rules, the game studio's rules take precedence.

6.5 Disconnection During Play

If a player's internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server and the result applied once the connection is restored. 8mbts is not responsible for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing bets, particularly during live casino sessions.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

8mbts is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players from gambling-related harm. As a condition of using the platform, players agree to engage with the following responsible gaming provisions:

• 18+ Enforcement: Players confirm they are 18 years of age or older and will not permit any person under 18 to access the 8mbts platform through their account or device.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8mbts platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 8mbts or its licensed content partners (including the respective game studios). All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8mbts platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from the 8mbts platform without explicit written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software running on the platform.
• Use the 8mbts brand name or logo in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on platform content for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of 8mbts intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may expose the offending party to legal action.

9. Liability & Disputes

9.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8mbts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from: platform downtime or technical errors; game outcomes; the actions of third-party game studios; delays in payment processing; or any reliance placed on information published on the platform.

9.2 Platform Availability

8mbts aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance periods will be announced in advance where possible. 8mbts accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed, or withdrawals that could not be processed, due to planned or unplanned maintenance windows.

9.3 Dispute Resolution

If a player believes that an error has occurred in the settlement of a bet, a game result, or a financial transaction, they must notify 8mbts within 7 calendar days of the disputed event by contacting [email protected] with the relevant account details, transaction reference, and a clear description of the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

8mbts will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days. The decision of 8mbts on all disputes is final and binding, subject to any applicable legal rights available to the player under Bangladeshi law.

9.4 Force Majeure

8mbts shall not be in breach of these Terms or held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet infrastructure failure, power outages, or third-party service provider failures.

10. Amendments & Termination

10.1 Changes to These Terms

8mbts reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.2 Termination by 8mbts

8mbts reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or the betting system.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or abusive conduct toward support staff.
• Any action that 8mbts reasonably believes poses a legal, reputational, or financial risk to the platform.

In cases of termination for cause, 8mbts reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. In cases of termination without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 14 business days.

10.3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. English is the governing language for the interpretation of these Terms. Any translation provided for convenience does not have legal effect and will not be used to interpret or construe these Terms.
